Shooter's sponsors several varieties of friendly shooting competition.

  - All new .22 Rifle League offers competition in precision shooting at bulls-eye targets placed 30 yards from the shooter. Participants must be 18 years old or older and have a valid FOID. Leagues shoot on Tuesday evenings starting at 6 p.m.

  - Bulls-eye Pistol Leagues offer competition in precision shooting at bulls-eye targets placed 15 yards from the shooter. Both rimfire and centerfire leagues are offered.  Participants must be 18 years old or older and have a valid FOID. Leagues shoot on Friday evenings starting at 6 p.m.

  - Defensive Pistol Matches (DPMs) offer great practice for those obtaining their concealed carry license. DPMs are scheduled the first Wednesday of every month and start at 2 p.m.  They last about three hours.  The scenarios start with the shooter drawing their gun from a belt holster and then shooting multiple targets in a prescribed order while being timed. Participants must be 21 years old or older and have a valid FOID. Participants do not have to have a concealed carry license.
